What does Mira do?

According to Mira's help center and website (checked 19 October 2026), Mira:

• answers calls and texts around the clock, and covers after hours once you turn on Mira 24/7 in your settings (Mira help center)
• books, reschedules and cancels directly in Mangomint, checking real-time availability, each provider's schedule, service times and your gap rules, and follows your cancellation policy
• uses booking links only when you want one, for example to get a card on file
• reads your live menu, prices and add-ons, and offers the closest alternative when a requested provider is booked
• knows which services, providers and prices belong to each location
• tells the client your team will get back to them, or transfers the call, and leaves a summary in your Mangomint inbox; you can set rules for what always goes to a person, such as complaints, medical questions or group bookings

Mangomint's Phone add-on, which Mira answers on, also sends automated missed-call text follow-ups and keeps call recordings and transcripts (Mangomint).

What are its limits?

• Mangomint only. Mira is built into Mangomint and works only with Mangomint (Mira help center).
• Phone add-on. For calls, your account needs the Mangomint Phone add-on, billed separately. Mira itself is its own monthly subscription, and its pricing is in Mira's help center (Mira pricing FAQ).
• English only for now. Mira's help center says other languages may come later (Mira help center).
