Does Cliniko have an AI receptionist?

Not built in. Cliniko is practice management software, and AI receptionists connect to it from outside. Cliniko's Connected Apps page lists several, including Aeva, Able by Lyngo, AI Jane, BookedSolid, Intavia, Jubilee Voice and Solium AI (Cliniko, checked 18 October 2026).

CallPad keeps treatment details out of reminder and confirmation texts.

What happens with clinical questions?

Clinical questions, such as candidacy, dosing, medications, reactions and aftercare, go to your staff instead of being answered by the AI. Your instructions tell CallPad which questions to pass on.

What about privacy?

• CallPad complies with the Australian Privacy Act.
• For US clinics, CallPad offers a BAA.
• Cliniko says it will set up a Business Associate Agreement on request for US clinics (Cliniko).
