Rosy's own blog introduces REACH.ai as "an AI-driven client engagement platform for Rosy users" (Rosy blog, 2 Feb 2026). That post describes:

• Appointment AI, which fills open slots by matching clients with available times and encourages pre-booking
• Reputation AI, which asks clients for reviews after appointments
• Email AI, which builds and sends email campaigns to client segments
• Text AI, for text blasts and two-way texting

The Rosy blog post doesn't mention phone calls. REACH.ai's own Rosy page adds SARA, an AI front desk that handles phone calls, text conversations and website chat 24/7 and assists with bookings (REACH.ai). REACH.ai is a separate company with its own subscription, not a Rosy feature.

What about a human virtual receptionist?
