Its AI Suite page says these AI reception tools are coming soon as optional add-ons and asks practices to contact its team about available configurations (AestheticsPro AI Suite).

In a September 2026 blog post, AestheticsPro says Kai Premium Agents provide AI receptionist capabilities across phone, text and web, and will answer common questions, check availability and support scheduling (AestheticsPro blog). AestheticsPro has not published a launch date on these pages.

What AI tools does AestheticsPro offer today?

According to AestheticsPro's AI Suite page (AestheticsPro AI Suite), the Kai AI Suite currently includes:

• Ask Kai: answers staff questions about using AestheticsPro

None of these answer patient phone calls today. AestheticsPro describes its platform as HIPAA-compliant on its site.
