Neither Splose nor Coreplus has its own AI phone receptionist. Both connect to partners like BookedSolid. Here is what each offers and what to check first.

Quick answer: No. Neither Splose nor Coreplus sells its own built-in AI phone receptionist. Both connect to AI receptionists made by partner companies: Splose's integrations page lists BookedSolid and Lyngo AI (Splose), and Coreplus offers BookedSolid as an add-on (Coreplus). The AI that Splose builds itself is for clinical notes, not phone calls. CallPad is an AI receptionist that answers clinic calls 24/7 and books in real time in the systems it works with, including Cliniko. Updated November 2026, based on Splose's and Coreplus's own websites. This guide is for Australian allied health practices, such as physiotherapy, chiropractic, osteopathy, psychology and NDIS providers, that run on Splose or Coreplus. Does Splose have an AI receptionist?

Not one of its own. Splose's own AI, called splose AI, is a set of documentation tools: it transcribes and dictates sessions and turns them into clinical notes and reports (Splose). None of these features answers an incoming phone call.

For phone answering, Splose points to partners. Its integrations page lists two AI receptionists (Splose integrations):

  • BookedSolid: described as an "AI receptionist that automates patient calls, messages and website chats, live into splose". Splose says it reads live availability and books, reschedules and cancels appointments (Splose).
  • Lyngo AI: described as "An AI receptionist that checks live availability and follows your clinic's booking, reschedule and cancellation workflows" (Splose).

Splose notes that both are built and maintained by the partner company, which also handles setup and product support. Other vendors, such as Aeva, also say they book into Splose (Aeva).

Which AI receptionists work with Splose?

BookedSolid and Lyngo AI are the two AI receptionists on Splose's own integrations page. Aeva advertises a Splose integration on its own site. Before you sign up with any of them, ask for a test call and a test booking in your Splose diary, and check who supports the connection if something breaks. For pricing, see each vendor's pricing page.

Does Coreplus have an AI receptionist?

Not its own, but it has an add-on. In February 2026, Coreplus announced "our newest integration partnership with BookedSolid, an AI-powered virtual reception and front desk automation platform, now available as an add on within coreplus" (Coreplus). BookedSolid is listed among Coreplus's add-ons alongside Dorsum, an AI clinical documentation assistant (Coreplus add-ons).

According to Coreplus, BookedSolid lets clients book new appointments, change or cancel existing ones, ask common clinic questions, request payment links and be transferred to your team when needed (Coreplus). Coreplus says it can also call clients on the waiting list when cancellations open up and send reminders and confirmations (Coreplus).

How does BookedSolid connect to Coreplus?

Coreplus's help centre describes the steps (Coreplus help centre):

  1. In Coreplus, go to Set Up > Add Ons > BookedSolid and enable the add-on.
  2. Copy the Access Token shown at the top of the page.
  3. In BookedSolid, go to Settings > PMS Integration > coreplus API Key, paste the token and save.

Coreplus says calls are forwarded from your existing clinic number to a dedicated BookedSolid answering line. BookedSolid keeps call recordings, transcripts and a log of actions in its own dashboard; Coreplus reflects the outcome, such as an appointment created or updated, while BookedSolid remains the system of record for the phone conversation (Coreplus).

What should an allied health practice check before choosing an AI receptionist?

  • Does it book during the call? Look for live availability and bookings written back to your diary, not just a message.
  • Does it follow your appointment types? Initial and follow-up consultations often have different lengths.
  • Can it book a named practitioner? Patients usually want the clinician they already see.
  • Does it stay out of clinical advice? Symptom and treatment questions should go to a practitioner.
  • Who handles funding questions? NDIS, Medicare and health fund questions are often best passed to your staff.
  • Where are recordings and transcripts held? Ask each vendor where call data is stored and how long it is kept.
  • What happens when a caller wants a person? Look for a live transfer or a message your team can act on.

How CallPad helps clinics

CallPad is an AI receptionist for clinics, salons, spas and med spas in Australia, the US, the UK and Canada. On the booking systems it works with, CallPad:

  • answers every call 24/7, including evenings, weekends and busy mornings
  • books, moves and cancels appointments in real time with the practitioner the client asks for
  • handles SMS, WhatsApp and email too; Instagram, Messenger and TikTok are coming soon
  • texts back callers it couldn't reach
  • passes clinical questions to your team instead of answering them
  • transfers the call to a team member or takes a message when a caller needs a person
  • speaks several languages

In Australia, CallPad starts from A$200 a month per location, at a flat rate with all minutes included. Setup takes about 10 minutes.

Running several clinics or a clinic group?

CallPad can run one shared number for all your clinics or a separate line for each. It can book the caller into whichever location has the first opening, using their history and preferences, or offer open slots at nearby locations. It works across different booking systems per location, and when a caller needs a person, it transfers the call to the right location's staff. A central dashboard shows reports for each location and for the whole group. Group pricing is custom. See CallPad for groups and multi-location businesses.

How much does CallPad cost?

CallPad starts from £100 / US$150 / A$200 / C$190 a month per location, at a flat rate with all minutes included. In Australia that is from A$200 a month per location, at a flat rate with all minutes included. Groups get custom pricing. For BookedSolid, Lyngo AI or Aeva, see each vendor's pricing page.
