We checked Timely's website on 16 October 2026 and found no native AI phone receptionist: nothing in Timely itself that answers your calls and books clients into your Timely calendar during the call.
Timely's AI feature is Textie Bestie, which Timely describes as an AI SMS generator. It helps you write text messages to clients to encourage them to book (Timely). It's a writing tool for your messages, not a receptionist that answers incoming calls.
Not yet. CallPad can't book into your Timely calendar today, but a CallPad integration with Timely is in the works.
