Does Kitomba have an AI receptionist?

We checked Kitomba's website and its partner's pages on 16 October 2026.

Kitomba's own AI is Fully Booked. It finds cancellations and quiet gaps in your appointment book and texts the clients most likely to want each time. The client taps a link to accept, and the booking goes into your Kitomba calendar. Kitomba says it's available on all plans in Australia and New Zealand, with Kitomba Pay and Online Bookings switched on (Kitomba).
For calls, Kitomba partners with REACH.ai. REACH.ai says its SARA AI Front Desk "handles phone calls, text conversations, and website chat 24/7" (REACH.ai). Kitomba says the REACH.ai integration needs the Diamond package with Online Booking (Kitomba).

So Kitomba itself has no AI that answers your calls, but its partner REACH.ai offers AI phone answering.

Fully Booked vs an AI receptionist: what's the difference?

They do different jobs:

Fully Booked reaches out. It texts clients to fill gaps you already have. Kitomba puts it this way: "A receptionist answers demand. Fully Booked creates it." Kitomba charges a success fee of 5% of the value of each booking Fully Booked fills, with no subscription.
An AI receptionist picks up. It answers the calls clients make to you, and books, moves or cancels appointments during the call.

Many salons will want both: one to fill quiet times, and one to make sure incoming calls get answered.

Can CallPad work with Kitomba?

Not yet. CallPad can't book into your Kitomba appointment book today, but a CallPad integration with Kitomba is in the works.
