What are its limits?
- Not your business phone line. The channels SimplyBook.me lists are its booking site, your website, Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp. Calls come in only through your WhatsApp Business number (SimplyBook.me).
- Credits. Credits are used per conversation, not per completed booking, so a client who leaves mid-flow can still use credits. At zero credits the widget becomes unavailable. SimplyBook.me lists credit pricing on its site.
- Setup for messaging. WhatsApp and Messenger need a Meta developer app, webhooks and access tokens, which the help guide walks through step by step (SimplyBook.me help).
- Clients confirm. SimplyBook.me says occasional mistakes may happen, so clients review and confirm the booking details, and cancel later through their confirmation email.
- Hidden services. The help guide notes that it currently lets clients book hidden services.
