Its AI Receptionist page makes four claims: the AI Receptionist handles every inbound call 24/7, books the appointment, attaches add-ons and reports the revenue, all inside MoeGo (MoeGo). The page doesn't list plans or availability, so book a demo with MoeGo and ask before you count on it.

What is MoeGo Calling?

MoeGo Calling is a separate feature: a business phone line inside MoeGo. MoeGo's help center lists (MoeGo Help Center):

• automatic recognition of existing clients when they call
• after-hours voicemail
• calls from the business number, so staff don't use personal phones
• AI-powered transcription and call recording

A second help article adds a calling dashboard (answered, unanswered and after-hours calls) and AI summaries of recorded calls that note the pet, service, vaccination status and behaviour notes. It also says recordings and voicemails are kept for 30 days (MoeGo Help Center). Both articles say MoeGo Calling is in closed beta for select Ultimate plan customers.

Which other AI receptionists say they work with MoeGo?

AgentZap (AgentZap), BarkReply (BarkReply) and Abby (Abby) all publish MoeGo pages saying their AI receptionists book into MoeGo. These are the vendors' own claims, so ask each one to show you a test booking landing in your MoeGo calendar before you sign up.
