• AI chat and missed-call texts through Broadly. In a webinar recap with Broadly by Vendasta, Gingr describes an AI "receptionist" as website chat that answers questions and collects details, and a missed call followed up by text (Gingr).

Neither is an AI that answers the phone and books the reservation during the call.
