How will you use Callpad?

Forward My Existing Number

Your assistant will answer calls you miss on your current number.

Use as My Primary Number

Your assistant will answer all calls to your new Callpad number.

Set Up & Test Forwarding

Select your phone type below to see the correct instructions.

Standard Landline Yealink Phone

To set up forwarding:

Dial:
Press the 'Call' button.

To set up forwarding:

Go to Menu > Features > Call Forward > No Answer Forward.
Set the 'No Answer Forward' status to Enabled.
Enter your Callpad number in the 'Forward To' field.
Press the Save soft key.

Next, test your setup

Call your main business number from a different phone to test the setup. If it doesn't ring through to your assistant, please double-check the forwarding steps above.
